HOLIDAY PLAYSCHEMES

Our holiday playschemes aim to meet the demand for quality day care for children aged 4 -12 years. Holiday clubs have a different structure and atmosphere to our after school clubs with children engaged in creative, sporting, imaginative and constructive play opportunities throughout the day.

Although the children are still given the option to choose each activity, they are encouraged to participate in varied activities to enhance their daily experiences and to ensure they get the maximum fun out of each day.

They are also given the chance to have some quiet time and free (supervised) play each day. We are Ofsted registered and our staff team is selected from our pool of staff prior to each holiday and are all experienced Playworkers.

All staff hold current CRB (enhanced) disclosures. Many staff hold Playwork/Early Years Level 2/3 qualifications and most are trained in core areas such as Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Health & Safety and Food Safety.

We open at 8.00am and close at 5.45pm with flexible drop-off and pick-up times to suit you. The structured play opportunities take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided each day and include: fruit juices, toast, cereals, fresh fruit and healthy snacks such as crumpets, fromage frais, wraps and crudités. Packed lunch is required.

Bookings are only accepted with payment for the days selected.

Cash, cheques or childcare vouchers are acceptable.

Post-dated cheques are accepted. They will be banked one week prior to the playscheme start date and should be dated accordingly.
